These specially-trained representatives provide individual on-the-ground assistance that complements the outstanding inflight service.

BusinessFirst customers are also welcome to visit the Presidents Club along with up to two guests, or a spouse and children under the age of 21. Affiliate lounges are also available to BusinessFirst customers.
